I am only too glad to provide a letter of reference for SisAdmin. They helped us through what could have been any
company's worst nightmare. We had on-site full-time tech support--one person who did his job very well and knew our
system inside and out. We were taken by surprise when he suddenly passed away in 2003. Not only were we mourning
the loss of a coworker and friend, but we were also left without tech support. Shortly after that, our server
crashed. We were at a total loss. At the recommendation of a friend, we called SisAdmin... All doubts we may have
had in the ability of SisAdmin to pull us out of this mess were immediately forgotten when they got to work.
Amazingly, within two and a half hours the server crash was fixed; SisAdmin had the server up and running... As long

We hired SisAdmin in 2002 because we needed a change in our IT support. Prior to SisAdmin we had a full-time
internal IT person taking care of our network, but it was not working out for us... An associate recommended
SisAdmin, and convinced us that they could get us back on track. The first thing SisAdmin noticed about our network
was that we were running six servers for only ten users. They pointed out that this was causing our network to be
