We had on-site full-time tech support–one person who did his job very well and knew our system inside and out. We were taken by surprise when he suddenly passed away in 2003. Not only were we mourning the loss of a coworker and friend, but we were also left without tech support. Shortly after that, our server crashed. We were at a total loss.
