What is SisCare Safeguard?
Under the Safeguard plan, our customers’ networks and computers are fully managed, with minimum fuss for the customer, all at a set monthly rate.
We include predictive monitoring to work proactively to maintain systems, rather than reacting to outages. Built-in maintenance keeps each network protected with regular backups, patches, and updates. The clients’ assigned technician will visit the office regularly to manage systems, carry out requested tasks, and resolve staff members’ computer problems. Between visits, we offer remote HelpDesk support, and 24×7 emergency on-call staff.
Working proactively means we work with our clients to create an annual plan and budget, providing analysis of the current systems, and recommendations for upgrades, and improvements.
Who is SisCare Safeguard for?
Potential Safeguard customers will have a Microsoft network with between 20 and 100 computer users, and their computer systems will be critically important to their business functions. Either they don’t have an in-house IT person, or they want to reduce IT costs while improving support quality, so they’re looking into outsourcing.
They may be looking for and not getting:
- A stable, reliable network
- Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable technical support
- An engineer with a higher level of knowledge and skill
- IT communication they can understand
- Network documentation, and vendor management
Most important: you’ll be looking for people who complain about their systems not working, and express ongoing frustration with their current tech support.
